Dr. Vijan is an acclaimed GI surgeon who performs various surgeries and procedures, including colonoscopies, hernia repair, and other minimally invasive surgeries.

Dr. Vijan is a Certified Physician Executive through the American Association of Physician Leaders. He has found his passion in improving quality and safety in healthcare and believes strongly in physician leadership to achieve those goals. He is an accomplished surgeon with a wide range of expertise.
Originally from India, Dr. Vijan completed medical school at Mahatma Gandhi’s Mission Medical College in Mumbai, followed by a General Surgery residency at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota. He has practiced general surgery in Colorado for 13 years. Dr. Vijan’s interest in robotic surgery has allowed him to educate surgeons nationwide, and he has written three textbook chapters on colorectal surgery.
