Spanish Peaks Regional Health Center Laboratory is a full service clinical laboratory open 24/7. The Lab is equipped with state-of-the-art analyzers and is able to perform most testing in house with a turn-around time of a few hours. Outpatients in the area can bring their lab orders from any physician to the laboratory. Testing will be completed and the results faxed to their physician.

The medical laboratory is located on the first floor near the Emergency Room entrance. If you are having lab tests as an outpatient, remember that some lab tests require that you fast for a number of hours beforehand. Please ask your physician. You will need your insurance cards when you register. It is very important that you bring the written physician order with you. This assures that the correct test will be done and that your insurance can be billed. Your physician will be notified of your test results.
